• Merchandise process & deliver from Malaysia.
• Order process on the next working day from Monday to Friday. No processing during Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday.
• Shipping to West Malaysia: ETA 2-3 working days 
• Shipping to East Malaysia: ETA 5-7 working days
• Shipping to Oversea: ETA 4-16 working days depending on country. Eg: Singapore (3-4 working days)

• For size exchange: Strictly within 3 working days after successful delivered. Customer would be responsible for return postage & exchange is allowed. 
• For defect merchandise: Strictly within 3 working days after successful delivered. Replace with same or other design of same value depends on stock availability. 
 

i) Return merchandise must be in original condition (Unworn, Unwashed, With tag & it’s packaging bag).

ii) Return item to following address (include return item and postage):

iii) Kindly allow 3 working days upon successful delivery to process for the exchange. Once we confirmed the merchandise is received in its original condition, our team will proceed to ship out.

*Following conditions can’t be be return/refund 

i) After receiving merchandise for 14 days or more. 

ii) Merchandise that our company has judged as “used” or “modified” or “washed” “cleaned”.

iii) Loss/Damage of tag, packaging or its original belongings etc.

iv) Residual odour, make up stains/dirty, defects* due to try/wear. 
•Definition of defects: fabric damage, severely off-line, large areas of soiling, broken zipper and other obvious defects.
•Definition of non-defect: thread ends, slight off-line, very small dirty, size error of 2-3cm, screen chromatic aberration, buttonhole not opened, all within the acceptable range of international inspection standards.
